Data Deletion Instructions

DragBizz is a product of The Tech Query, a technology company incorporated in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. We respect your privacy and provide clear instructions for deleting personal data associated with your DragBizz account and any Meta platform integrations.

When you use DragBizz or connect through Meta platforms (such as Facebook Login), we may collect the following types of personal data:

• Profile Information: Your name, email address, and phone number.
• Meta Platform Data: Profile ID, public profile information, and permissions granted through Meta integrations.
• Account Data: Business name, store details, and login credentials linked to your DragBizz account.
• Usage Data: Activity logs and feature usage related to your account.

If you connected DragBizz through Facebook or another Meta platform, you can remove the app and revoke access directly from your Facebook account:

• Go to your Facebook Profile's Settings & Privacy, then click Settings.
• Look for Apps and Websites to see all apps linked with your Facebook account.
• Search for DragBizz in the list and click on it.
• Scroll down and click Remove to disconnect DragBizz and revoke data access.

After removing the app, you may still need to submit a deletion request by email (see below) to ensure all data stored on DragBizz servers is permanently deleted.

To request deletion of your personal data stored on DragBizz, send an email to contact@dragbizz.io with the subject line Data Deletion Request.

Please include the following in your email:

• Your full name and registered email address on DragBizz.
• Your business or store name (if applicable).
• A brief description of the data you want deleted.

We will acknowledge your deletion request within 48–72 hours and process the permanent deletion of your personal data within 30 days of verification.

We will send you a confirmation email once your data has been deleted from our active systems.

Certain records may be retained where required by applicable law, including GST invoices, tax records, and billing history. Such data is kept only for the legally mandated period and is not used for any other purpose.
