Terms of Service

By creating a DragBizz account or using the DragBizz platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the "Retailer" or "User") and The Tech Query, the owner and operator of DragBizz.

If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.

DragBizz provides an AI-powered Commerce Operating System for Indian retailers, including but not limited to:

• Omnichannel Billing & Point-of-Sale (POS)
• Inventory Management & Multi-Warehouse Tracking
• GST Compliance (E-invoicing, E-way Bills, GSTR preparation)
• AI Co-Partner for business intelligence & recommendations
• WhatsApp CRM & Marketing Automation integrations

To access the Service, you must create a DragBizz account with accurate, complete, and current information (including valid GST registration if applicable). You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

DragBizz offers tiered subscription plans managed through authorized payment gateways. Pricing as of March 2026:

Your subscription is subject to our Refund Policy. You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Upon cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Due to the digital nature of SaaS platform services, refunds are generally not issued for partial subscription periods, except in cases of double-billing or where required by law. You agree not to use DragBizz for unlawful activities or to violate the IT Act 2000. Specifically, you shall not:

• Reverse-engineer or attempt to decompile any part of the Service
• Use automated bots or scrapers to access Platform data
• Transmit spam or unauthorized messages via WhatsApp CRM
• Misrepresent GST filings or facilitate tax evasion via the Platform

We respect the privacy of your business data and personal details. All collection, storage, and utilization of your account and transaction data are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data processing practices as described in that policy.

Recommendations provided by the AI Co-Partner (demand forecasts, pricing, inventory suggestions) are AI-generated suggestions only. They do not constitute professional financial or legal advice.

You are solely responsible for business actions taken based on AI outputs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DragBizz (The Tech Query) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, harmful, or unlawful activities on the Platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Gujarat, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad.
